CA250 - Purge, Clean, Polish Extrusion and Injection Molding
CA250 is a plastic purge designed to clean extruders and injection molding screws, dies and nozzles of molten polymers and colors.
CA250 has a low melting temperature and becomes a plasticizer that will decrease the polymers viscosity. The low melting temperature also allows this product to penetrate between the polymer and metal surface. The combination of the separation of polymer from metal and reduction in polymer viscosity will reduce polymer purge and cleaning time.

CA250 is as easy to use as 1, 2, 3…
Empty feed hopper.
Add CA250 to the screw.
Add polymer.
Repeat 2 and 3 until CA250 exits the die.
Purge and restart.
